Carol Service 2017

“Do you see what I see . . . . . in the Manger”

The birth of Jesus Christ was the incarnation of God himself, in other words the very God became a man. The conception and birth of Jesus Christ was the mingling of God with humanity. His name and birth proclaims, salvation and redemption to nations worldwide.

On the eve of December 2nd, Good Shepherd Convent, Kandy organized the Carol Service along with the Christmas drama.

Once again, unearthed by young Shepherdians, the performance of Primary and Senior Choirs enlightened their angelic voices; the stage was glittering evening with baby Jesus, surrounded by Mother Mary, Joseph, the Magi, angles and shepherds.

The evening was graced and the Christmas Message was delivered by His Lordship Rt. Rev. Dr. Vianney Fernando, Bishop of Kandy.
